If you where to do a sith holonet timeline the best voice to do it would be Kreia/Darth Traya from Star Wars:Knight of the Old Republic II The Sith Lords.

I think it will make Star Wars:The Old Republic a darker depth to the game and add to its life span.

At the begining of the game, will Corasaunt be under sith or jedi control?

I cant watch the newest one. In fact I cant watch any of them except the taking of Courescant. Is it just my computer?

Don`t kid yourself, extra money goes to profits and does not contribute to game in any way other then making it more attractive to publishers that does not care if game is good to hardcore player as long as it gets sold to masses and they are willing to pay up without questioning. Just look at most crap that comes out on the shelf this days. Its not that good for the players at all. And 15$ or 15 euros is not small cash if u look years wide for a single game to pay especially if u have to buy the game first any way.
But on the other hand it seems like this is the way how its gonna be for now, so the only thing to do is that we pay only for really good stuff and even then don`t go doing so for 4+ years like some ppl do with WoW.
As i wrote before i`ll buy this game coz im a big fan of SW and i also trust Bioware to make a really good game as they did`nt disappoint me before (exept by giving the KOTOR2 and NWN2 to Obsidian that really did`nt do his job). But ill think about the length of subscription when ill see

Ultimately, its a good thing that we pay. I've explained this to a few people before. Yeah, we pay, a little money is gone. But it supports Bioware's efforts to continue to employee workers that constantly work on this game to make the game better. They are getting PAID to constantly work on this gigantic game, not doing it for free, and right for them. The fact that we pay for the game, means the employees will be paid to continue to expand and enrich this game as it goes. Don't you see then? A little money lost for a game this epic, of which I cant wait to play, is worth what comes out of it.

*sigh* im kinda getting inpatient with the game and the updates cause i havent heard anything big about the game yet. and i just found out which i should have known already that we have to pay a monthly fee to play darn i wish it was like guild wars dont have to pay to play exept for buying the game i hope that we dont have to pay too much to play every month

Update the graphics in the game make the characters customizable in body dimensions so we can play massive body builder types totally ripped, but only if your strength scores match the body type.Last change the light saber handles they look to big and not sleek enough . change the cartoon graphics it look like this guys armor or whatever he has for armor little shoulder pads are gonna fall off of his ugly looking costume, and i sure hope i don't meet sad looking costumed characters like this.

Wow, if all this bothers you, you may want to think twice about playing this game. These things you mentioned are already pretty much set in stone by this point. I personally like what is done.

using pieces from our own history just makes it in some people's mind more understandable to relate to i suppose and if it would really be real it would happen just like it did in some of our great history and that just's makes it seem more beleavable in some minds and makes the story more interesting but that's just me but u will always get the few that just have to go rip off bla bla bla bla well its history it's there to remind us to bring out great stories of the past or make a reference to it which is done in most fictonal stories to keep the story more relateable like it could actually happen if it were real, or am i wrong?

Are you kidding? The holo-records are great! They are leading us into the game. They are definately working the story aspect in here. And yes, Friday is the update day. I cannot wait to find out the release date!

Very nice. I see a lot of Thermopylae and Alamo influences in this. Perhaps wee will see Bothawui in the game? Makes me wonder if one of the characters in the Republic stories will have a Borsk Feylya esque character. (If they do, I hope the Sith go all Thrawn on his a**. lol)

It is a part of our collective human conciousness. It is the ultimate sacrifice asked of any who serve. Is it any wonder then that it inspires and captivates the imagination?

ok Nomadvenom you said this is StarWars not RL history and its not real life history, but time lines are also called time-schemes by game developers it shows continuity across the game.
The time line is already pre-set if any one wants too look it up.
The Old Republic is hanging meat on the bones of a still grey part of the time line.

BTW, did anyone else notice the bar on the top of the screen that let you look back at other holorecords? Has anyone noticed them adding new "notches" to it, or do you think that the ammount of notches on the top bar is equal to the total number of entries? Just wondering because i want to convince my self that the more of these that come out, the closer the game is to release hehe :)

Did Master Gnost-Dural say, "50,000 Imperials and 4,000 Republic troopers w/ Jedi". Darn, that's like "300" the movie- it's highly similar. THAT is incredible, in fact, I've never seen those odds happen in the history of the Jedi Civil War, Clone Wars, or Galactic Civil War. Those Republic troopers remind me of the clones I saw on Revenge of the Sith during the Battle of Kashyyyk and that Twi'lek during the beginning, looked a lot like Knight Secura.
