I can't wait to play this game, it looks simply like it's going to be the best MMORPG out there. Usurping the thrones of other games already out there, including those of SWG WoW and the dozens of others.

Bioware made the Kotor series and it was spectacular so don't worry about it being like SWG it most likely won't(or at least i hope it won't)

WHO CARES IF YOU GET BETA DarthJonicus. I fed up with people posting all over the place "I hope I get BETA". Everyone hope's they get a chance but even if you don't so what.Just because you write it, doesn't mean you stand a better stead than anyone else.

It's not all about you, it is about the marvel of bio-ware and what they are doing for us much loved MMO fan's. I don't care if the game is not released till 2012 because the longer they spend getting things right and listening to players the better the game will be. Which so far they seem to have the balance right.

I think this game is best than all of online games.

I'm always disappointed when I go to check this site every Friday and still no more gameplay footage. Still. Pretty cool to read.

It seems very dark and like a place who doesn't belong to the Empire or to the Republic. Very nice about that, because is very well 'set' in that aspect. And that stage/map suggests... 'chaos', and 'disorder'.

If anyone who is complaining that they hope the game is not too much like SWG obviously has not played the ORIGINAL SWG, that game was truly a sandbox where anyone could become whatever they wanted. Sure it was a difficult game, but that was what made it so good. People do not realize that what SWG is now is nothing like what it used to be and thats the reason it is so terrible now; if they did anything correct with this game they would make some aspects like the old SWG but it is obvious they already are not doing that because of the class system. Hopefully they get the game right though because so far it does look interesting!

Does anybody know anything about any jedi classes yet?

The idea for this plannet is awesome. I think we have the PVP planet a lot are dreaming about. I just wonder how will this place be accessed in a PVE or RP only server...

You know the longer it takes them to make the game the more they can add to the game and make the game better. I hope this game is as good as everyone is saying it is.

(sigh).... this is the reason why im sad to see an mmorpg, people are gonna form clans, and pwn all the noobs, haha oh so funny. all id want outta this game is like mostly me playing by myself, and when needed a few friends to help out, but man i hate the idea of sharing worlds with clan idiots that probably will waste they're life on this game, so please with all due respect stop recruiting!! >(

yeah i hope they dont make it like SWG... but lets be honest its bioware... not sony that is making this game... lucas arts trusted Sony with the game making and it flapjacked or bioware wouldnt be making another star wars MMORPG... if they did it in the first place... this Game is going to be worth the wait as the detail of the planets and gameplay peviews show its going to be the best game out there but they need to doit well so it may take another year before it comes out... but to put it shortly im sure they have the best people to do this and it will be nothing short of amazing when its finished

cuz that game was fun for a bit but so far I didnt like it.
There was almost no Fraction leagcy missions. It was all just nutral. And the officer could only call in one unit and it looked like a BUM from the streets of Naboo.

On the timeline videos appear 16 planets, 8 controled by the empire and 8 controled by the republic. But they didn't showed the neutral worlds like hutta, so I think the game will have at least 20 planets

----> 16 <---- planets in this game. When TOR adds expansions, maybe they'll increase the amount, but right now it's 8 Republic to 8 Sith Empire so idk if they'll add due the an imbalance...unless it is a neutral planet or something.

Dude, there's over thirty planets in the Star Wars universe, and this game is the biggest Star Wars game yet. Star Wars:The Force Unleashed has over 10 planets. Star Wars Battle Front II has about 20 planets and that game is pretty small. I predict this game will feature every planet ever mentioned in the Star Wars movies, video games, webisodes, web comics, normal comics, and that Star Wars The Clone Wars show. And believe me, thats a lot of planets.

At least Six. But SWG had 10 planets. (which was why they had sooooo much LAG)
