Just got done playing KOTOR 2 and I am interested to see how having another real life person playing the game with me over the internet would be like. I would love to see the ability to build up a droid army or maybe just a small platoon and reak havok.

This game is highly anticipated, lets hope it takes the cake. i got drawn into star wars by battlefront 2, so this should rock my world. cant wait for the release date, hurry up lucas! :P

I love watching all these cool trailers. "Deceived" still takes the cake for me, but this trailer makes the game look really fun to. I wonder if you can make your character any species other than human. Rodian? Ithorian? Devaronian? Ortolan? :)

This game is going to be amazing, I've waited a long time for a Stars Wars game like this to come out, and hopefully I get to test it out!!

Apparently!! this game is going to be released on 27th SEPTEMBER 2010 in game stores in ENGLAND (Birmingham).. Not a genuine fact! but i asked them in person and that is what they said!.

I know alot of people are saying that its a good idea for the game to be released late 2010 and in a way i agree.... but for some fans that is going to be to long, and their is a chance that BIOWARE could loose a many fans. Silly as it sounds but it is a possibility!. But my point of this is to get the attention of fans and BIOWARE. My idea would be beneficial for fans and BIOWARE. It would be a really good idea if BIOWARE could release a game demo of THE OLD REPUBLIC for fans to play!

The demo MUST have:

* 2 classes to choose from to play.
* The demo would last until u reach lvl 8 then ends, THEN YOU CAN START AGAIN.
* Can only use the planet your are assigned to.
* NO MULTIPLAYER PLAY!! ( only MULTIPLAYER for main release of game!).
* Can only wear the Armour you start with.

If Bioware was to do this it would be a christmas present that everyone wants. And as i was saying above about both the fans and BIOWARE getting a beneficial satisfaction. To do that BIOWARE must release the demo, that we (ALL FANS) must contribute to. A fee of say... 10-15 pounds (UK)..... 20-25 Dollars and last ... 20-25 Euros.

If my idea is a possibility there wouldn't be any need for a BETA test for a few hundred/thousand people, BUT ... more to the point every SWTOR fan would get the chance to play a demo version on the game!!
and BIOWARE would be making extra money.

dude, this game is crazy. i cant wait. HEY GOOD BREAKING NEWS!!-IGN.COM HAS STATED THAT IT WILL BE RELEASED - "TBA 2010", so it's atleast closer than some have thought. Probably early 2010 too. they have been working on this for atleast 2 years STRAIGHT!!

I have a good feeling about this game, fully voiced mmo and great storyline will make this game so unique to any other mmo. Also the graphics are amazing! Can't wait for this game to come out.

I think the game looks fine but there faces look like there from Starwars:The clone wars and it feels like alot of kids play it.

Jediknighttogon im with you, this would not be right for all the people that have played the previous two games on xbox and now its only on PC, its not fair at all to people that see this game for a pc and not on the xbox 360

omg thats exactly whati've been saying!!! the graphics are good for like a computer game but for a console like the 360, what it was highly anticipated that the next starwars game would be for. these graphics can't stand on a console. only a pc at most. plz read the rest of what i've said before u agree with another thing i've said, yet insult me on it.

plus i do know wut ur getting at graphics are really important i wouldnt play some stick person game even if it had all the story in the world they should make a good balance of grahics and story and i do like knights of the old republic great game. so dont get me wrong im all for graphics too but these r good enough i think thou they could do a little better.

I think you are missing the point... This isn't supposed to be an amazing graphics game. I believe that once you buy the game and put it into the pc/ps3/xbox360 or what ever else you start being absorbed by the storyline. I think that the graphics are supposed to be decent enough for this to happen but once you start playing, it will be the last thing you think about

World Of Warcraft Sucks. Make a real game and dont humiliate star wars. Bioware didnt u make like Mass Effect?? the graphics in that are amazing expesially the new look at ME2 make the graphics like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dudie i understand exactly what ur saying, however that may work with many people who just like a game for the storyline, dont get me wrong thats the best part over-all. but what draws me to a game as a leading factor is graphics, all the best games had em, and they had em good..but of course many people would i guess forget about em in the long run...then again..most probably wont.

honestly..wtf is this...knights of the old republic was perfect...know why it was? it was on the xbox...u cant put this on the 360 it would blow...no offence but even on the pc these graphics are poor (like really poor) the star wars community has been waiting for Kotor 3 or somthing extradinary to come out...and this is the big project???? dont get me wrong i'm all for waiting to see what it looks like when it fully is released the idea of a multiplayer online star wars war thrills me beyond beleif but it would work so flawlessly on the 360 or somthing..heck it would work great on a pc just the graphics.... -.- i understand the need for individuality but the reason all the great rpgs and such are looking alike is that their competeing for better graphics. instead of giving bad graphics make somthing even better...hell that movie trailer is unbeleiveable make the damn game like that you'll blow heads!!!

1. The reason the graphics are so bad is so more people with bad computers can play, more players = more money. Why do you think world of warcraft has over 10 million subscribers...?

2. It is highly impractical to play an MMO on the Xbox for two main reasons.

A. Interface, The interface of MMORPGs today is very point and click. This again can’t be done quick enough with a controller to make it effective. A controller only has so many buttons.

B.Fees, gamers are already paying a monthly fee on Xbox Live, so to charge them again per MMO, would be pushing it. I think developers know this and are worried that the player base will be very small because of it.

Even on a PC? My two year old laptop has better graphics than an XBox 360. Of course, this in an MMO we are talking about, not your standard first person shooter or even a highly scripted rpg like KOTOR, so the graphics have to be toned down a bit due to the extra memory constraints of dealing with other players.

They more than likely won't make a KotOR 3. In essence, this is supposed to be like KotOR 3,4, and 5. The "Decieved" trailer is a cinematic. A cinematic is a movie, not a game. If they made the game with those graphics, I doubt a computer would be able to run it unless your like from the future :S

I'm tired of seeing people saying that the bounty hunters can only be bad and that smugglers should be bad, well in this vid it comfirms that you get choose: if you will cut off some heads (be bad) or if you want to help out some one (be good). However you really wont get to run around and just cut off heads like theres no tomarow. Also im sick of people asking when its comeing out, there is no realese date, and it wont be for a while, so with that said get back on the xbox and wait or play some Kotor, or even play some lame WoW til then, anything to keep you busy and from asking questions you can find out if you just whatch the vids and read their news.
