The only bad vibes comin' from this mmo are the ones emenating from your inability to play as any race save for a human. I mean, they give you Rodians, Trandoshans, Twi'leks, and countless others in the films, so if this is you playing your own story, why can't you play as an alien? I pretty Bioware is xenophobic...

They're are going to have different races they just havent been revieled yet, like alot of things.

Yea have you played SWG? Im Bywing Lancer on there. i Roleplay as a Secret Jedi Knight hiding along with my Apprentice. Its going to be kind of refreshing to Roleplay as a Jedi in a Galaxy where they are not persecuted

Hey aMANDALORIAN i must say your wrong, very wrong and besides the Dark side is not stronger, just more destructive, the jedi will probably have more self buffs and the like, besides im going jedi, and when ive been on the forums ive seen more ppl saying they want to be jedi then sith

you know all i gotta say to make people think the darkside is better is FORCE LIGHTNING! light side doesnt use force lightning, or force choke. face it the dark siede is vastly superior to the jedi. and when this game starts you will all see how many of us join the dark side...

it wouldn't be star wars if you couldnt make your dark jedi look evil. but this gyt looks like a pancy light side jedi with the wrong light saber.. but all i want is my mandalorians!! if there aint no mandos they i aint playin.

I hope later on in the game you can make him look truly evil

Oh and! Ooh! I have a question, Could they please make the Lightsaber hilts smaller? I think it would be more fun if they actually gave us the option to DESIGN our Own Lightsaber. Like in SWG except cooler.

I think they made the hilt so big so that people can see how the hilt looks easier. Plus i don't mind how big the hilt is, it has kind of grown on me.

Yeah. I was just about to write that. The hilts seem a little to big. They should be downsized a bit. And the legs of the characters seem a little long compared to there bodies. if that would be changed the game would look 100% better, visually!

i believe you are wrong the lost may go there but it is the sith that show them the way to power only through power can one find what they truly seek

and there is no evil evil is a point of view the jedi view the sith as wrong and because the oppose them say they are evil but the sith view them as evil so no one side can know what is right and what is wrong but the sith have the power to change the galaxy for they do not block of there emotions as the jedi do the wield them like a power none other has and they do not serve the fore as the jedi do the command it.

The Sith wont betray each other to badly as long as there leader stays strong which he has been rulleing over 100 years so im guessing he is strong lol but the only time a sith betrays is if another sith shows weakness

i agree with philare which made me think have you ever noticed that the jedi see the sith as evil and the sith see the jedi is evil i think it would take a neutral class of either jedi or sith to figure out what each has right and to put it together as one

nice WOW reference AncerionSkillet, though it brings an interesting thought into my mind. It could end up like WOW where all the n00bs pick one side either Jedi because the just dont want to be evil or Sith because the want to be evil. I will be interesting to see how that happens.

After playing both KOTOR games i dislike both the Jedi and the Sith of the Old Republic. The Jedi were weak and abandoned the galaxy in their time of need (I would have joined Raven in a heartbeat). The Sith were power hungry fools who bickered and back stabbed way too much. While the Jedi were afraid of their emotions, the Sith were ruled by their emotions.

I personally think that they need a Neutral Jedi class.

Jedi are obviously more powerful. All Sith are, are Jedi who believe they have become enlightened, or that have been driven out. Too much distrust is sown in the Sith ways. How will you take on the charge of the Jedi Alliance when the Sith Horde behind you is cutting you up for your title, or position of power?

This will be the class that I chose when the game is released

I think the main difference between TOR and other MMOS is the way that you can build your character.
