I know this sounds out of whack and all, but if I'm going to be a bounty hunter,I have a plan for myself and other all you other bounty hunters,assassin droids,scoundrels,smugglers,and others.Lets take these Hutt palaces over and get back at those Hutts for their double-crossing!!!

If you see that palace and that sewer concept, you will see something very common on earth...Rich guys with big beautiful mansions with a lot of poo behind them :P

Zeront is right, look at Jabba's Palace, i know its Tatooine, but it still looks like a dump, i'd rather imagine this place as a royal palace on Onderon or a Jedi academy

they didnt say it was a hutt mansion just a hutta mansion it could be owned by some other speices(however that doesn't seem likely) so maybe it could acctually be a mansion you own or something

Yeah, I would imagine since Jabba the Hutt was involved in with bounty hunter things.

As always, the concept is amazing. Very few large games like this have horrible concept art, so the question is, how good does the -game- look?
Of course, all this holding out with the gameplay info and art is so that everyone goes crazy about the game, and when everyone can pre-order it, they do, even if they are disappointed when it comes out. I have to say your marketing abilities are remarkable, but I do think this game does have the action to back up all the talk and concept art. Bravo, Bioware.

I agree with Frostt, the Han Solo Trilogy gives you tons of information about Hutts. Also, being able to play a Huttese character in SW:TOR would be a great change up to regular Star Wars races you get to choose in previous Star Wars games.

But Huttese is not the only race I would like to see made playable in the game. There are plenty of other races that I would greatly enjoy playing such as the Ryn, or "Yoda's species". But you also have to look at this realistically. The chances of us actually getting a large pool of characters is very low, you have to take balance into consideration. This is an online game where balance is required. Making everything balanced with such a large selection of characters would be an extremely daunting task.

But this is just me rambling. Let's just let BioWare do their thing and hope they take our suggestions into consideration. x-)

I dont know about a hutt as a race you can play, for one they are gonna need a fork lift to be transported around so... no speeder bikes for them... i could see them as a merchant class though that when you have a lot of money from your first character, you make a hutt for trading

I agree with you, it could be cool to have a wide range of races to play and why not hutts, Toydarians or muuns. Hope they take advantage of all the material created in the EU (Expanded Universe) Roleplaying Game Material and Novels, Comic Books and so forth.

I agree with you, that there are many species i would love to see playable but i will admit I doubt Yodas' will be one of the msince through out all of Star Wars history only 3 of them have been reported. Master(s) Vrook, Yaddle and Yoda. Vrook was on the council during Revans time, and Yoda took Yaddles' place on the council.

For me it depends on how many characters you are allowed per account. If the game is as story based as they are saying, I would most likely pick my first character to be one I can closely identify with to make the story more compelling. If I was allowed a couple more, I could see myself slithering around as a slug-like Hutt.

I think that it is wrong to be so childish over somebody who may spell poorly, the online community for this game when it is released will be a very poor one if people like celeritass are constantly picking fights with other people over such small things. The person you are insulting may well be foreign and thus may be spelling incorrectly because of that. it takes nothing to be understanding and polite. as for the concept art i think it's terrific, this game looks like it's going to be awsome in my opinion XD

You know I here that hut don't like enayone nut even thare own kind based on star wars the clone wars and all the other moves and showes and of caures the way thay treat them is alfol and all with all things consitered which in the end I think will just make things more interesting

Very nice looking, unexpected of a Hutt. But they can't all be as uncivilized as Jabba now can they? Even so I still hope we can kill some Hutts. ;) Great job so far.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but don't get your hopes up for having the Hutts be a playable race. It just wouldn't work and we all know it. It would be cool if it happened but come on lets be little more realistic here. the only playable characters are going to be the kind with 2 legs. not a big slug.

I suppose even force sensitive hutts would have incredible defense ratings but still couldn't move very fast. I think it is better that they are npc's because then you can kill as many as the game will allow.

hehe yeah it's com sense I mean the younger hutt's move at a top speed of .2 mph and That running where a human can run 3 to 4 Mph for ppl who don't know so can u see why u couldn't play a Hutt unless u wanted to be a bartender untill u can found yourself some BH to work for u and on a Bartenders pay don't think u can get any mend one's hehe JK this isn't SWG where u can be a waitress these is ToR.and they can climb stairs jabba got around just fine till Han made him eat him self in to a shut in. hehe Poor Jabba I understand why he wanted han so bad making the poor guy inmobal

Well, blowing up the cantina was a great warm up, now for the main event! I seriously wouldn't have expected this kind of elegance from Hutts. Though, truth be told, most of Huttese architecture isn't built by the Hutts, but by thier slaves. I may be proven wrong, but in my rather limited experiance a hutt is phisically incapable of being anything other than a lazy slob, making others do his dirty work. Nice place, however.
